Course objectives:

To enable professionals to work in the field of Labor Law and Procedural Labor Law
To provide continued specialization for graduated Law students
To provide constant updating regarding this theme, taking the current social reality into account
To make participants interested in this subject and stimulate them to think about and comprehend the institutions involved in this legal field.

Target audience: graduated Law students or students from other fields of knowledge searching for professional development to help them face new challenges in the labor market.

Course content:

There are three theoretical modules and one monography module:

Module I – Individual Labor Law – 190 hours
Module II – Collective Labor Law – 70 hours
Module III – Procedural Labor Law – 110 hours
Module IV – Monography – 60 hours (out of classroom)

Workload: 370 class hours, as well as a mandatory monography

Pricing: 18 installments of R$850

Weekly classes: Friday nights and Saturday mornings
